Pluribus: Винс Гиллиган не рассказал Своей Жене о Новом Шоу — SYFY

Back to the Future's Michael J. Fox Addresses Infamous "Temporal Inconsistency" in Time Travel Classic Vince Gilligan even kept mystery sci-fi series Pluribus a secret from his wife Per THR, Pluribus was cloaked in so much secrecy that its creator "didn’t even tell his wife about it for a lengthy period of time." Speaking with Polygon , Gilligan listed a number of sci-fi properties that influenced the show, including the 1956 and 1978 versions of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone , and John Carpenter's The Thing . Based on the teaser trailer below, it seems apparent that Carol finds herself at the center of an eerie hive mind situation—à la Rick and Morty's Unity episodes. The title, of course, is a reference to the Latin motto of the United States: e pluribus unum or out of many, one. But if you're expecting a rehash of warmed-over genre cliches, think again. “I was thinking of every science fiction trope and horror movie trope I could throw into this show, and then turn all of those tropes onto their head,” Gilligan told Polygon. “That was what tickled me.” In addition to Seehorn, Pluribus also stars Karolina Wydra (Sneaky Pete), Carlos-Manuel Vesga (The Hijacking of Flight 601), with Miriam Shor (American Fiction) and Samba Schutte (Our Flag Means Death) appearing as guest stars. Gilligan serves as executive producer alongside Gordon Smith, Alison Tatlock, Diane Mercer, Allyce Ozarski, and Jeff Frost. Jenn Carroll and Trina Siopy are co-executive producers.
