It: Welcome to Derry (HBO) 9:00-10:00 Sci Fi TV News of Note: Wednesday creators Al Gough and Miles Millar are starting on their next project for Netflix which will be an adult-animated series based on the Boom! Studios Grim comics by Stephanie Phillips and Flaviano. Deadline gives the following description of the property: A character-driven supernatural saga, Grim follows Jessica Harrow, a newly recruited Reaper tasked with ferrying souls to the afterlife. Unlike her fellow Reapers, Jessica has no memory of her death or life before. Her search for answers pulls her deeper into the unseen architecture of the afterlife, revealing hidden forces, cosmic secrets, and her shocking personal connection to Death itself. This is not to be confused with Grimm, the NBC supernatural drama that ran for six seasons and has a reboot in the works . Jennifer Yuh Nelson (Love Death + Robots) will also be onboard as executive producer for the Grim animated series, and this will likely be targeting a late 2026 or early 2027 premiere. A re-imagining of the 1960’s supernatural sitcom Bewitched is in the works at Sony TV and Fox Entertainment. Deadline gives the following description: In the new Bewitched, whose tone is described as heartfelt, though they come from two wildly different worlds — he’s a human, she’s a witch — for Samantha and Darrin, it’s love at first sight. But in order to be together, they’ll have to navigate their disapproving parents, walk a tightrope of cultural clashes, and bridge the divides between their families and worlds. Judalina Neira (The Boys) will be writing and executive producing the series. It appears that this is headed to Fox and could be targeting a Fall 2026 premiere. A new Stargate series is in the works at Prime Video, and longtime franchise alum Martin Gero will be helming the revival.
