Granger Taylor grew up in Duncan , British Columbia, 65 miles west of Blaine, Washington, and just across the bay from Seattle. He was studying engineering, and was considered one of the smartest, most honest members of his community, which is why so many people in the Pacific Northwest are still baffled by his disappearance.
