He claims it pulled up next to the aircraft before suddenly shooting off — causing a “sonic boom”. Will said: “This ship appeared and then it disappeared. We had turbulence and it stopped and you know when it’s the speed of sound and you get a sonic boom.” View 3 Images Actor Will Mellor He claimed his partner and son Jayden, who was 14 at the time, “saw it as well”. Will also told on his Two Pints with Will & Ralf podcast that he is open minded when it comes to aliens and ghosts despite never having a paranormal experience. He revealed his mum and sister claimed to have seen an apparition when he was a child and he is convinced by their account. Will said: “My mum still says the same thing. My sister still says the same thing, like it was yesterday. Whether they did or they didn’t that’s up to them. But they said they did.” View 3 Images He heard a sonic boom(Image: Getty) The actor told last year how he believes aliens are in earth’s oceans rather than outer space and he would love to meet one, saying: “We’re looking in the wrong place, under the sea, that’s where they all live.” Will said he is keen to meet an extraterrestrial with a “massive head and big eyes,” instead of an “amoeba” [a one-celled creature that’s among the simplest life forms on Earth], which he can only look at under a microscope. Will said: “I don’t want to see an alien that’s an amoeba – that’s f*****g boring.” Article continues below The actor also highlighted that only a small portion of the world’s oceans have been explored and he thinks aliens could be living in parts that have yet to be discovered.
