Felix Rooney, from The Ride in Plymouth, was involved in an alleged pursuit on Billacombe Road and the A38 in the early hours of Saturday, November 16. Rooney, aged 36, has been charged with dangerous driving, failure to stop, failure to provide a breath specimen, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. He was remanded to appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court today (Monday, November 17). Devon Highways reported the incident to their X account at the time of the incident. It said: "The #A38 in #Devon is closed eastbound between the #A386 and the #A374 near #Plymouth due to a collision."
