This marks the 30th cinematic collaboration between the filmmaker and Oscar-winning composer. The news was shared by the Juilliard School president, Damian Woetzel, who confirmed at an event, “John Williams, who is in Los Angeles doing what he does, is working with Steven Spielberg on the next movie. And that is something to be happy about.” Their partnership began in 1974 and has resulted in smash hits such as Jurassic Park, Jaws, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and Schindler’s List. Little is known about the plot of the alien movie at this stage. However, Spielberg is set to team up with his collaborator, Jurassic Park writer David Koepp for the sci-fi movie.
