by Alex Billington October 22, 2025Source: YouTube "Rest assured Carol — we will figure out what makes you different." Apple TV has finally debuted the full official trailer for their fresh series from Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan titled Pluribus. Let's find out what he's up to this time! They already debuted a total of 5 other short cryptic teasers over the last few months, without revealing much about the actual plot. Now we know more! Sort of. The sci-fi series is titled Pluribus — the Latin word is an adjective that means "much, many" (commonly used in the U.S. slogan "E pluribus unum"). With this trailer that seems to be a spin — she's the only one who can help. The only intro available so far to setup the plot: The most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness. Pluribus stars Rhea Seehorn (who was also in "Better Call Saul") with Carlos Manuel Vesga, Karolina Wydra, Miriam Shor, and Samba Schutte. This trailer seems to hint at the idea that everyone else is infected with something? And there's an apocalypse of some kind? Yet Carol is immune to the happiness epidemic and they want to figure out why. Interesting. I'm definitely curious, but still not fully sold on it yet.
