UFO UFOs are buzzing nuclear bases and keeping US Secretary of State 'up at night' Donald Trump’s right hand man Marco Rubio has made a bombshell claim in a trailer for a new TV shock doc which probes claims close encounters have been covered up for 80 years View 4 Images Marco Rubio at the funeral of Charlie Kirk The US Secretary of State has said UFOs are buzzing nuclear bases — and admitted the mysterious sightings keep him 'up at night’. Marco Rubio — Donald Trump ’s right hand man — made the bombshell claim in the trailer for a new documentary The Age of Disclosure. At least three UFO videos have been declassified and will feature in the film which includes dozens of top US officials from the government, military and intelligence communities. In the trailer Rubio, 54, can be seen saying there had been reports of ‘something operating in the airspace over restricted nuclear facilities’ that was not of American origin. Potential whistle-blowers had claimed ‘it would cost them their lives’ to speak out on the reports, he added. Rubio conceded the UFO mystery ‘keeps me up at night’. The documentary examines an alleged 80-year global cover-up of non-human intelligent life. Rubio features heavily discussing how crucial he feels the topic is and the risks involved in world leaders hesitating to take it seriously. Some of the footage included — released by defence chiefs — was filmed by US Navy pilots between 2004 and 2015 and shows mystery craft making seemingly impossible manoeuvres at high speed in the Earth’s atmosphere. The doc — set for release on Prime Video on November 21 — was produced by Emmy-winning director Dan Farah. It traces reported close encounters dating back to WWII when Allied pilots reported ‘foo fighters’ — mysterious glowing orbs that tailed aircraft over Europe and the Pacific. In 1947 the military initially announced a ‘flying disc’ had crashed near a US Army airfield in Roswell, New Mexico, before claiming it had been a weather balloon. One incident baffling Rubio was a notorious 1967 close encounter at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana, US, in which UFOs allegedly disabled nuclear missiles. Then-Captain Robert Salas, overseeing an underground silo, received a report of a glowing disc hovering above. Moments later all 10 Minuteman missiles shut down inexplicably despite redundant safeguards. In 2019 a Pentagon task force noted ‘unauthorised and/or unidentified aircraft’ in military zones, prompting streamlined Navy reporting. Luis told CNN: “There is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone.” Follow Daily Star: Source: https://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/us-news/ufos-buzzing-nuclear-bases-keeping-36094249
